The rooftop offers breathtaking views of Hanoi, especially at sunset, bartenders and cocktails were fantastic. The staff went above and beyond always friendly, attentive, and eager to help with any request. Their hospitality made my stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast? One of the best I’ve had at any hotel! A perfect mix of Western and Asian options, plus daily specials that kept every morning exciting. The rooms were spotless, and the breakfast was excellent with a great variety of options (grilled basa!) to start the day. However, what stood out most was the incredible staff and the authenticity to their hospitality. Special thanks to Chloe, Emma, Amelia (we hope we got the name right!) and everyone else whose names we couldn’t see. You all made our stay unforgettable. Thank you for such a memorable experience! The spacious room was quiet, even had a letter fr the GM to inform us about the renovations/noise of the neighbouring pty which only happened during daytime. The location is accessible to all attractions & F&B yet quiet. Clean rooms & welcome tray of fresh fruits. Efficient lift. Also compliment Louis for recommending a bakery & friendly staff Lily and the bellhops. Great experience.
